This AAPI Heritage Month events is blended with Jewish Heritage Month for a unique only in San Francisco experience. World famous dim sum institution Yank Sing is opening up for a rare "one night only" dinner service for San Francisco Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Also featured will be a panel discussion on the intersections of Chinese and Jewish Heritages including antisemitism and Asian Hate. The event will also include a "Shabbat experience", arts and other themed entertainment as part of Value Culture's Soy Vey program series where soy sauce meets oi vey.
The dinner consists of a Pre Fixe Dim Sum Menu (veggie, seafood, or meat) with family style shared plates and spectacular desserts from the best Asian and Jewish purveyors in the city.
